Store

1.  Prices listed on our store are subject to change at anytime.

2.  Client who makes a purchase or best offer on our website will require validation of listed price and stock.

3.  Unless a deposit made for a best offer agreed, there is no deal established.

4.  The reason the pricing is subject to change at anytime is because of market volatility.  Since the MTG marketplace changes dynamically, in some cases seconds after a major annoucements, prices are always in flux due to demand.

5.  Buyouts are discouraged.  We do not allow clients to buyout any items due to changes in the marketplace pricing.  If an order is placed at a price much lower than the after buyout price, we reserve to right to cancel the order.  The reason buyouts are discouraged as a store, we are unable to dynamically change pricing of item(s) changing fast enough.  Because of that reason, while we maintian our website pricing accuracy daily, we may miss item(s) affected by buyouts.

1.  Prices listed on our buylist are subject to change at anytime.

2.  Unless a buylist order has been agreed in writing, prices are subject to change due to dynamic market conditions.
